A flavourful, crunchy and sweet treat made with popcorn drizzled in melted white chocolate, mini eggs and cereal!

Gather the ingredients and get your kids to help throw together this sweet treat! The combination of sweet and salty is so addicting, you won’t be able to keep your hands out of the bowl. 😉 It’s the perfect snack for a movie or board game night.

INGREDIENTS

• 4 cups kettle corn
• 5 cups Crispix cereal; corn chex can be used as well
• 2 cups mini eggs; or more (measure with your heart)
• 12 ounces white melting chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour the kettle corn and cereal into a large mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
2. Melt the white chocolate according to the directions on the package. Once melted and smooth, pour over the popcorn and cereal. Use a spatula to gently stir and coat everything well.
3. Add the mini eggs to the bowl and gently stir to coat.
4. Spread mixture on parchment paper and allow to cool and harden for 20 minutes.
5. Break into pieces and enjoy!
